CITY BUILD STUDIO Ltd. has been using the integrated system for managing of the quality environment, health and safety in work and owns certificate  EN ISO 9001:2008, for managing system of the quality. Certificate EN ISO 14001:2004 for environmental management system; Certificate OHSAS 18001:2007 for an integrated system for safe working conditions in construction.

In September 2012, CITY BUILD STUDIO Ltd. was registered in the Central register of professional constructors at the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and completes construction works that fall in categories:

• For the first group of buildings (high-rise construction and it's adjacent infrastructure) - from I to V category;
• For the second group of buildings (construction from the transport infrastructure) – from I to IV category;
• For the third group of buildings (construction from the energy infrastructure) – from III to V category;
• For the fourth group of buildings (hydrotechnical construction and environmental protection) – from I to V category;
• For the fifth group of buildings - separate types of construction installation activities.
